| Usage: | Properties: HA-8’s trade name is HVA-2,Yellow or brown powder,it is soluble in dioxane,tetrahydro furan and hot acetone,and insoluble in petroleum ether,chloroform,benzene and water. Application: HVA-2 is multi-function rubber agent.in the rubber process industry,it can be used as either curing agent,coagent for peroxide curing system or anti-scorcher and adhesion promoter.in addition to general-purpose rubber, it can be applied to special purpose rubber and rubber-plastic blends; It is the auxiliary vulcanizing agent,which can be significantly improved cross-linking performance,improve the temperature during the CR,CSM,SBR,NBR,NIR,IIR and BIIR,ACM,silicone rubber and other special rubber. It is suitable for high temperature vulcanization system,reduce the compression permanent deformation,also can reduce the dosage of peroxide,prevent rubber scorch in the process,improve and rubber tire cored,and the bonding strength of the metal, It can be applied to special purpose rubber and rubber-plastic blends,it can solve the problem of copper wire blackening due to copper sulfide resulting form the reaction between copper wire and sulfur containing curing agents. At present,during the international and domestic’s adhesives industry,especially in anaerobic adhesives industry,as the heat-resistance modifier,it can effectively improve the heat resistance performance of the product.
